Are you a student with limited transportation? Shop for groceries and have them delivered directly to you! If you are a parent, you can send groceries to your student...no matter where you live! We service both on-campus and off-campus students in the Lynchburg area: Liberty University, Lynchburg College, Randolph College, and Sweet Briar College.
No Risk...
There is no deposit required, and no financial information is sent over the internet. Payment is accepted in person, when your groceries are delivered. We are local shoppers...your groceries are purchased and delivered from stores in Lynchburg!
User-Friendly...
You are not required to finish your list all at once...it is automatically saved, so you can return at anytime to add, change or delete items. When you're ready, submit your list.
We've added a cool new feature. You can save frequently ordered items for future lists...no retyping the same information each time you make a list!
Your list is active for 30 days from creation. Unsubmitted lists older than 30 days are deleted.
Shopping Charge...
$9.99 for up to 25 lines (39¢ per additional line)
Grocery lists are based on lines...not individual items. For example, if you order 3 cans of tomato soup, it is considered one line. However, each line must contain identical products. If you also want 3 cans of chicken noodle soup, in addition to the tomato soup, they are considered two separate lines.
Yes, we use Food Lion MVP and Kroger Plus cards!
For payment by credit card, there is an additional 4% processing fee added to the grocery receipt amount.
Deadline...
Your grocery list must be submitted by 9pm the day before you want them.
Delivery & Payment...
Payment is due on delivery...no payment or credit card information is sent online. We accept cash, local checks, and all major credit cards. Your total charge is the store receipt value, plus the shopping charge.
The store receipt is included with your groceries.
Restrictions...
SERVICE AREA: This service is available to Lynchburg, VA and surrounding areas only.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE: This service primarily covers the average grocery needs of residents, although we do service businesses. However, we are not a shopping service for business warehouse stocking purposes. Therefore, we limit grocery purchases to a receipt total of $180 (per address, per week).
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS: We do everything possible to complete your list. However, we do not guarantee availability of items. Your shopper will contact you (while shopping) to inform you on out-of-stock items. You may decide on a substitute, or just leave it out.
SUBMITTING YOUR LIST: Our online grocery ordering process allows you to save a list, so that it can be edited at anytime before sending it. However, once a list is sent, you do not have the option of making any changes.
MULTIPLE STORE SHOPPING: A single order consists of one store only. If you need shopping from multiple grocery stores, separate orders must be placed.
COUPONS-FOOD STAMPS: Our services are primarily for convenience...we do not pickup and use your coupons. We also do not use your food stamp card.
ALCOHOL & TOBACCO: Sorry, we cannot shop for alcohol or tobacco products.
